Floral Studio is provided by 10951811 Canada Inc. ("we", "us" or "our"). These terms govern your use of Floral Studio and its online services to prepare floral photographs, explore designs, organize work and create business content. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use Floral Studio
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Floral Studio for a shop or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. You are responsible for activity through your account and for protecting your device and account access.
The app may create a guest account when you first request an online feature. Some information is saved only on your device. Account recovery and purchase restoration can depend on the account and Apple Account originally used; restoration does not guarantee recovery of device-only information. Keep separate copies of important work and contact us before changing devices if you need help with access.
The service and AI results
Floral Studio uses artificial intelligence to assess and edit selected photos, suggest arrangement ideas, prepare design previews and draft captions. Internet access and available service capacity are required for these features. Tools, limits and availability may change, subject to applicable law and your existing purchase rights.
AI may alter flower types, quantities, colours, condition, containers, people or venue details, even when you choose Preserve or Polish. A Ready result means the image passed technical checks; it does not mean its visual accuracy has been independently verified. Compare each result with its original and review all text before sharing or relying on it.
Reimagined arrangements, size concepts, arrangement ideas and venue previews are proposals. They do not establish actual inventory, dimensions, availability, a recipe or a completed installation. You are responsible for the accuracy of your advertising, prices, customer promises and disclosures about AI. Keep proposal labels and do not present generated designs as photographs of work you have completed.
Your content and commercial use
You retain your rights in photos, logos, descriptions and other material you supply. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process and share that material, including permission from identifiable people where required. Avoid unnecessary client information, confidential documents and sensitive personal information.
You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, transmit and process your submitted content, including through our service providers, only as needed to provide the features you request, protect the service and meet legal obligations. This does not give us permission to use your private content in public advertising. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
As between you and us, you may use, edit and share generated results for personal and commercial purposes, and we assign to you any rights we may hold in those results to the extent permitted by law. AI results may resemble other results or third-party material, may not qualify for copyright protection and are not guaranteed to be exclusive or free of third-party claims. You remain responsible for obtaining any rights needed for your intended use. App software, supplied examples and our branding remain ours or our licensors'.
Acceptable use
Do not use Floral Studio to violate the law or another person's rights; create deceptive or unlawful content; upload material you are not entitled to use; exploit children; harass others; distribute malware; access another person's data; or bypass security, purchase verification, credits or service limits. Do not remove required proposal labels or Floral Studio marks from enhanced exports to evade the plan restrictions. You may apply your own branding using the app's available tools.
Free credits and paid plans
The current Free allowance is two lifetime successful image credits. One technically valid new image uses one credit; failed, retake or uncertain jobs release the image reservation. Dissatisfaction with a technically valid image does not automatically return a credit, without limiting any remedy required by law. Reusing an existing Standard image and preparing export layouts do not use image credits. Written ideas and captions have separate service limits.
Where available, Premium includes 50 successful images per monthly allowance period and removes the Floral Studio mark from enhanced exports. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Proposal labels remain on every plan. Optional top-up credits are available only when offered in the app; their price and quantity are shown before purchase, and unused top-ups remain associated with the purchasing account.
Purchases are available only when enabled in the app. The App Store purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, taxes where applicable, billing period and offer terms. That screen controls over an illustrative price elsewhere. We will not reduce already purchased entitlements retroactively except as permitted by law or following a refund, reversal or revoked purchase.
Renewals and cancellation
Apple processes in-app payments. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple's applicable purchase terms. Your Apple Account is charged at confirmation and for renewal as described on the purchase screen. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple Account subscription settings or through Manage subscription in the app where available. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Deleting the app, deleting content, requesting account deletion or stopping AI use does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Restore purchases where available for eligible purchases; consumable top-ups already fulfilled are recorded in your Floral Studio account and may not be restored by Apple as a new purchase. Contact us if your purchased allowance is missing.
Refunds and purchase problems
Request App Store refunds through Apple's refund service. Apple determines refund eligibility under its rules and applicable law. Contact us about service failures or incorrect credit deductions. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory refund, warranty or other consumer right.
Privacy and sharing
The Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, the providers we use, your choices and how to request deletion. Agreement to these terms is not a substitute for a separate permission required for AI processing. Review the app's sharing notices before submitting content. Exporting or sharing sends the selected material to the destination you choose; its rules and privacy practices then apply.
Service interruptions and ending access
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, unlawful activity, serious misuse or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Suspension does not remove remedies required by law or automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
The service can experience delays, outages or data loss. Keep your own exports and original photographs. We will provide any legally required notice and remedies for material changes or discontinuation affecting paid services.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that AI results will be accurate, unique or suitable for a particular purpose. Statutory warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.
For business users, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of CAD $100 and the amount you paid for Floral Studio in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply to consumers where prohibited, fraud, intentional or gross fault, bodily or moral injury, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence. Disputes may be brought before competent courts in Quebec, or another court where applicable law gives you that right. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to bring or join a class action. Contact us first if you would like help resolving a problem.
Apple app licence
The downloaded iOS app is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms govern our services in addition to that app licence. Apple's agreement controls the app licence where applicable; mandatory legal rights always prevail. Apple does not provide our AI services or customer support.
Changes to these terms
We will show an updated date when we change these terms and provide notice of material changes through the app or another appropriate channel. Changes apply prospectively, with any notice, consent, cancellation or refund rights required by law. Continued use does not waive a right that requires your express consent. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
